The M64895 is a semiconductor integrated circuit consisting of PLL frequency synthesizer for TV/VCR using I2C BUS control. It contains the prescaler with operating up to1.3GHz, 4 band drivers and tuning Amplifier for direct tuning. Built-in 4 band drivers.
